• For defected or mal produced items with Original Purchase receipt up to 30 days.
• For Normal returned UNUSED items with Label Intact/ attached and Original Purchase Receipt Max. Up to 14 Days

At our discretion, Exchanges may be approved in accordance to our evaluation of the condition of the items by www.figchic.com  and our governing rules.
