You can log into your account by signing in with your email address or customer number and password.
Please enter the email address registered on your account or your customer number (As printed on your delivery note or statement).
Enter the password that was created when registering your details. Click ‘SIGN IN NOW‘.
Please also ensure that you have not incorrectly used a zero for the letter ‘O’, and a letter ‘O’ for the number zero. All customer numbers have two alpha characters followed by six numerical characters E.G AA123456. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Service Team
How to Change My Password
If you wish to change your password you can do this online by signing into ‘My Account’.
Once you have logged in please click on ‘Sign In Details’ on the left hand side of the screen. You’ll first be asked to enter your current password, and then you can enter and confirm your new password.
I Have Forgotten My Password
If you do not know your current password you will need to reset it from the ‘My Account’ screen. Please click on ‘Forgotten Password’. You can view your ‘password hint’ and reset your password if you are unable to remember it.
You will then receive an email containing a temporary password. With this password you’ll be able log in to ‘My Account’ and change your password by clicking on ‘Sign in details’ on the left hand side of the page
Placing an Order
To be able to shop online at FIGCHIC.com, you are required to register. This can either be on account or alternatively you can make a credit/debit card payment during checkout.
You can get back to our home page when browsing by clicking on the FIGEGYPT logo at the top of the page.
You can navigate to main sections of the site by using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access search, help, your shopping cart, your account information and all your favorite shopping Brands within FIGCHIC.com.

Simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colors. Then simply select a size, at which point we will let you know if the item is sold out then and “Add to Cart” to buy the item.
You can search our site by item description, item number or keyword.
How do I pay for my order?
You may be asked to pay for your first order by credit/debit card, so that we can verify your identity. The card provided must be registered to the account holder at the same address the account is held at.
For subsequent orders, you can then choose to add the order to your account or continue to pay in full.
ORDER WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You will be asked to pay the balance of the order with a Credit/Debit Card. The card provided must be registered to the Account holder at the Account holder’s address.
USING GIFT CARDS/ e- VOUCHERS
You can choose to pay for your order online with Next Gift Cards or e- Vouchers. This facility allows you to use multiple Gift Cards/e- Vouchers to the value of your order placed.
You can also choose to pay part of your order value with a Gift Card/e- Voucher and add the remaining order value to your account. If you pay by credit/debit card, you can pay for your order using a Gift Card, e- Voucher or credit/debit card or a mixture of all three.
ORDER WITH e- PAYMENT SERVICE
You will be asked to pay the full balance of the order by the Available e- Payment Partner. If there are any queries you will need to contact the original service provider for further assistance.
Has my order gone through?
If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email. This will include all of the items that you have ordered and the expected delivery dates for those items. However, you will only receive this email if you have a valid email address registered to your account.
If you have not received an ‘order confirmation’ email, please check to ensure that the email has not been filtered into your ‘junk’ folder.
Please also check that the correct email address is registered to your account. This can be done using the following steps:
Sign into ‘My Account’ using your email address and password or customer number and password
Select the ‘Sign in Details’ option from the menu
There you can check that you have the correct email address registered to your account or update it should you need to.
Once signed into ‘My Account’ you are also able to see if your order has been placed by selecting ‘Order Tracking’ which can be found on the Menu. However please note that you may need to allow 24 hours for the website to be updated with your order details.
If you have not received an ‘order confirmation’ email within 45 minutes and your order is not available to view in the ‘Order Tracking’ section, then it is likely that the order has been unsuccessful
Is My Package Anti COVID19 safe?

Can I cancel my order?
If you’re really quick at contacting us, we might be able to cancel your order. But unfortunately, we can’t change your order.
Can I Return or Exchange my order?
Under Consumer Regulations CURRENTLY ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES are as follow:
For defected or mal produced items with Original Purchase receipt up to 30 days.
For Normal returned UNUSED items with Label Intact/ attached and Original Purchase Receipt Max. Up to 14 Days
Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. Items that are UNCHANGABLE include Swimwear, Cocktail/ Bridal Dress, Under Garments and any item that has Undergone Any Alterations.
